President - Chair Person - Patrick Drury
Patrick Drury serves as the Executive Director of Nova Counseling Services, where he oversees program operations, community partnerships, and strategic development to ensure high-quality, client-centered residential treatment. Patrick brings a diverse professional background, including experience in law enforcement, recruitment, sales, and nonprofit board leadership. His broad skill set supports strong organizational management, staff development, and collaborative relationships with counties, referral sources, and community stakeholders.
Faith Gladem - Member
Faith Gladem is a wife, mom, grandma, lover of coffee and Executive Director of The Harbor Recovery Center in Portage, WI. She is fueled by her faith which drives her passion to love and support others. She is very grateful to be a part of the "Flourishing Futures" family as a member of the board of directors.
Josie Steinhaus - Secretary
Josie is a dedicated Portage resident and a professional with 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Guided by a strong commitment to community service and helping others, she serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for Flourishing Futures Inc. Outside of her professional pursuits, Josie is devoted to her family and maintains an active lifestyle. She is passionate about music, gardening, baking, and various outdoor activities.
